Terms and Conditions for Cancelling a Class

Terms and Conditions for Private Classes
1. Cancellation Policy
All class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class time.
2. Refunds and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled class time will be eligible for rescheduling the class at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time are not eligible for rescheduling.
3. No-shows
If a participant does not attend a scheduled class and fails to cancel within the 24-hour window, rescheduling will not be permitted.
4. Exceptions
Exceptions to the 24-hour cancellation policy may be considered in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Such exceptions are at the sole discretion of Unlocking Spanish
By scheduling a class, participants agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Group Classes
1. Monthly Payment
To secure your spot in the group and ensure continuity, a non-refundable monthly payment is required. This ensures structured lesson planning and group stability, fostering commitment and consistency—essential for effective language learning.
2. Cancellation & Attendance Policy
These are group lessons, so missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled under any circumstances. If you cannot attend a session, you will still have access to all lesson materials and activities through Google Classroom. You are also welcome to submit exercises, which I will personally review and correct.
Class recordings are only available upon request and with the consent of all participants. If you inform me in advance that you will miss a session and the group agrees, the class can be recorded so you can watch it later. Otherwise, no recording will be made.
3. First Payment
Your first payment is only required after attending your first class, allowing you to experience the lesson before making a financial commitment.
By enrolling in the group classes, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
