How is the booking done?
Booking your classes is easy! After our Free Start session, where we’ll discuss your goals and see if we’re the perfect match, you’ll receive a Calendly link. This link will allow you to schedule your lessons for the entire month. Since Calendly allows only one booking at a time, you will need to enter the link multiple times to secure all your desired slots. This gives you the flexibility to either stick to a consistent schedule or change the class day during special weeks.
Is canceling or rescheduling allowed?
Yes! If you need to cancel a class, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions for Cancelling a Class. For rescheduling, simply use the Calendly link to find an alternative time slot that works for you. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I aim to accommodate your needs while ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Important Questions…
How can I create or join a group?
You can create your own group if you want to study with friends who have the same level and availability. To choose this option, please contact me, and I will provide you with the available time slots. If you don’t know anyone who would like to join you, you will receive a form to complete where you should indicate your level, how many sessions per week you want, and all the times you are available. I will take your answers into account to create and promote a new group the following month. You also have the option of joining one of our current groups. Send me a message for more info!
Why is monthly payment required?
Monthly payment is required to ensure the stability and consistency of the group. This helps me effectively plan the classes and ensures that everyone in the group has a guaranteed spot. It also fosters a commitment to the learning process, allowing us to make the most of our time together.
How is the payment handled?
After you have chosen or created your group, I will send you a payment request via email. You will have several options for completing your payment, including bank transfer, credit/debit card payments, and other electronic payment methods. If you have any questions about the payment process, feel free to reach out!
Can I cancel or reschedule my classes?
Unfortunately, canceling or rescheduling classes in group settings is not possible due to the presence of other participants. It’s important for everyone to have a consistent schedule to maximize the group’s learning experience.
